Returns. Refunds. Exchanges
According to the O.U.G. no. 34/2014 you have the right to return the purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving reasons and without incurring penalties. This term is extended to 30 days for the benefit of our customers. The withdrawal period expires after (thirty) 30 days and is calculated from the date on which you took physical possession of the products.
The return procedure is very simple:
1/ you can use the attached form and send the notification by email to hello@example.com or by courier to the address in the contact
2/ you can also send a simple email with the essential data, the form is not mandatory.
To respect the withdrawal deadline it is mandatory to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires. An email reply from us will confirm receipt of your return/exchange/cancellation request.
The direct cost of returning the products and the responsibility for the integrity of the product until it is in the store’s possession is your responsibility. The condition under which we accept to bear the costs of return are related to errors in sending products that do not correspond to the order or are other than those requested by sending the order.
Refunds are postponed until the date we receive the products back and confirm compliance with the eligibility requirements for accepting returns, exchanges and order cancelations, specifically:
- Have not been the subject of a special order;
- Have not been distinctly customized at the request of the consumer;
- Have not been made to your specifications (e.g.: product shading in the color of your choice);
- No signs of knocks, damage, wear;
- They have not been unsealed and no longer have their original packaging intact with all accessories and label intact;
- Are not put by any means in a condition fit for resale;
- They are not products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Are not sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygienic reasons and have been unsealed by the purchaser;
- Not products that are inseparably mixed with other items.
The amount refunded will be equal to the amount received from you, except:
- Courier costs incurred as a result of your choice of delivery method
- Customs duties imposed by the national customs/tax authorities in the country of destination
- Other additional costs, if applicable (see Art.7 “General Terms and Conditions for the use of the website and online shop”).
Refusal to accept an order is subject to the same calculation rules as for returns, exchanges and order cancellations.
Payment of the refund will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the return/exchange/cancellation.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless you wish a different method of refund and no fees will be charged as a result of such refund.
At your request and with your consent, we may recommend the purchase of another product of equivalent quality and price to that requested in the first order. The original order will be canceled on the date of order confirmation of the replacement product(s).
